pali4d collects the following categories of Personal Data, depending on the nature of your interaction with the Platform:
Full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address (including city — Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, and other Indonesian cities), email address, and phone number. Collected at the point of Account registration and required for identity verification and Account management.
Bank account details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon), e-wallet identifiers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), transaction amounts in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), transaction timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. We do not store full bank card numbers — card payment data is tokenised by our payment processor.
Copies of government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of address documents (utility bills, bank statements), and in some cases a selfie or liveness check image for identity confirmation. These documents are handled with the highest level of data security and are retained only for the period mandated by applicable AML regulations.
Bet history, game session duration, stake amounts, win/loss records, bonus usage, and responsible gaming tool activations (such as deposit limit settings). This data is used for Account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitor ing, and regulatory compliance.
IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, referring URL, session duration, and pages visited. Collected automatically via server logs and cookies when you access the Platform. Used for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and Platform performance optimisation.
Records of live chat conversations, email correspondence, and any feedback or complaint submissions directed to pali4d support. Retained for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and training purposes.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business hours and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. Where a request is complex or high in volume, we may extend this period by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Please note that certain rights — particularly the right to erasure — may be limited where we are required to retain your data to comply with legal obligations (such as AML record-keeping requirements) or to defend against legal claims.
pali4d is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Our registration process includes an age declaration requirement, and our KYC process verifies date of birth against government-issued documentation before any withdrawal is processed.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual who was under 21 years of age at the time of registration, we will immediately terminate the associated Account, forfeit any funds in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and permanently delete all Personal Data associated with that Account from our systems.

The Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services — such as game studios or payment gateway interfaces — that operate under their own privacy policies. pali4d is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of any third-party service. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before submitting Personal Data to it.
Where a third-party service is accessed directly through the Platform interface (for example, a live dealer game streamed from an Evolution Gaming studio server), that third party's data practices are governed by their own published privacy policy and their data processing agreement with pali4d.
pali4d reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes — those that affect how we collect, use, or share your Personal Data, or that affect your privacy rights — we will notify you via email to your registered address and via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
