You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing pali4d is not prohibited. We enforce strict age verification before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage users are terminated immediately and any funds forfeited.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited within minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes under standard conditions. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification on the account.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pali4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the pali4d website at https://pali4d.cam and all associated services. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia or your country of access, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. pali4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you.
pali4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards and responsible gaming obligations, pali4d requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. We may also request KYC documentation at any earlier stage where our systems flag a need for verification.

In summary, pali4d collects personal data necessary for Account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated payment processors, identity verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
pali4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects Users' rights or obligations, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request withdrawal of your remaining Balance before the amendment takes effect.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by applicable law — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pali4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
For the avoidance of doubt, the availability of the pali4d Platform to Users in Indonesia does not constitute a submission to Indonesian jurisdiction in respect of these Terms, and pali4d makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
